Now, every Wednesday, we will offer Desire Map sessions focusing on a different life area each week. This way you can pick and choose what YOU want to focus on. Or buy a series and savor your decisions about how you want to feel in your life and the goals that you set.
What are Wellness Wednesdays about?
Instead of talking about external goals (the ones society and the media serve up on a platter), we will get down to the heart of the matter – YOU.
You have Aspirations. Hopes. Dreams. So you make a plan to achieve them. The bucket list. To-do lists. Objectives. Goals that you set for the year…
You’re not chasing the goal. Newsflash: You’re chasing a feeling you hope the goal will give you.
That distinction is key to transforming your life in ways beyond your wildest dreams.
What’s a Desire Map?
The Desire Map is a soulful experience that puts you in touch with how you want to feel. Every day.
It begins with getting clear on what you already have in your life, what you want to leave behind, and what you want to carry into the future with you.
You’ll pinpoint the root of your desires.
You’ll then create a map of how you desire to feel in the key areas of your life.
We will explore the areas of:
- Livelihood & Lifestyle
- Body & Wellness
- Creativity & Learning
- Relationships & Society.
From this place of clarity, you’ll be guided to discover and declare your Core Desired Feelings in each area.
You’ll do all this while being supported in a sacred, loving environment.
Once you are clear on how you actually want to feel in your life, you then set your intentions? Game-changer.
Its not too late to create the life you want – the life you deserve and will LOVE.
Create your life with pure and powerful intention.
Every activity and exercise in these Desire Map Workshop sessions will support you in discovering your Core Desired Feelings, because something magical happens when you focus on how you want to feel:
- You remember your light, your true nature, your source.
- You use your preferred feelings as the foundation for goal-setting and making choices, and for being more present and alive.
- You can access comfort and clarity during painful times.
- You accentuate the positive aspects of your life, while still honoring, and not invalidating, the negative parts that you want to change.
Knowing how you want to feel is one of the most important forms of clarity you can have.
After the Desire Map Workshop, you’ll understand the way you want to feel.
Decisions will be easier to make. You’ll know when to say “No, thank you” and “Definitely, yes!”
You’ll be more optimistic, more open-hearted.
Your life will ease up on the grinding and fill up with more of what you want.
