Gary Scheiner
Gary Scheiner, MS, CDE, is a certified diabetes educator, insulin-pump user and trainer, and exercise physiologist. His mission is to improve the lives of those with insulin-dependent diabetes. He is the owner and director of Integrated Diabetes Services.
In 2014, Gary was named Diabetes Educator of the Year by the American Association of Diabetes Educators.
He is the award-winning author of six books and serves on the board of directors of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He has a BA in Psychology and an MA in Science – Exercise Physiology. He serves on the advisory boards of multiple organizations, diabetes device manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies.
Gary has Type 1 Diabetes.
