  • Purchase Terms:

  • Annual membership is a single payment that gives your family 14 consecutive months of membership to the Diapoint Type 1 Diabetes Family Community. Your membership will automatically renew after 14 months unless you cancel.
  • Your membership begins as soon as you sign up. You and your family will have unlimited access to the community until the end of your paid period. At that time you can elect to stay with us for another year if you like, or you can cancel if you choose.
  • This is a special founding member’s offer, and the price will increase in the near future. Member’s pricing gets locked in at the time you become a member, and will apply for as long as you remain a continuing member. If your membership lapses and then you return in the future, you’ll be subject to whatever price the membership is at that time.
  • This membership is for a family of 4. If you wish to join with more than 4 people, please email us at info@diapointme.com.

When you join us, you will get access to the Diapoint Community and it’s resources until the end of your paid period. All purchases are final and not refundable. If you cancel your membership and wish to return in the future, you will be subject to the price of membership when you return. This membership is for a family of four (4) and cannot be transferred. If you would like to purchase access for more than 4 people, please reach out to us at info@diapointme.com

FAQS

How long is my commitment?

For the monthly membership option, your commitment is 12 x monthly payments of AED 160. Payments will continue after 12 months unless you cancel.
For annual members, your payment gives you 14 months of access. Your payment will repeat after 14 months unless you cancel.

Where are the in-person events? Are there virtual/online events?

Our in-person events will be in the UAE region for now, but members from outside the UAE still benefit from virtual and online events too. They also benefit from all our amazing resources, support, and events digitally and online. We encourage you to join us for the amazing benefits you will receive from the comfort of your home! Also, we are expanding, and you may see us soon in places closer to you!
